Weddings

As an independent celebrant I can work alongside you both to create a bespoke, meaningful ceremony that is non-religious. A celebrant led ceremony can take place anywhere and anytime to suit you. You may wish to get married in the woods, at home, on a ski-slope, in another country, a barn conversion, hotel or on the beach. Although I am non-religious, I am always happy to incorporate religious and spiritual elements into your ceremony if that’s what you would like.

Your ceremony will be entirely about you and a time to share your love story with all the special people in your life. My role is to support you as a couple to ensure you have the day you desire and that your ceremony is unique and personal to you with lots of fun, laughter and maybe a few tears along the way! I love a wedding and I’m passionate about ensuring that you have the day you want, with the people you want, the poems, music and readings that share your love.

Before we meet you may wish to consider some of the following:

· What is your vision for your ceremony?

· What ONE feeling/emotion would you like your ceremony to capture?

· How would you want your guests to feel during and after your ceremony?

· What does getting married mean to you?

What can I offer:

· The opportunity for you to have creative freedom in planning your own ceremony.

· We can work together to get to know one another, and I will support and guide you in making authentic and meaningful choices for your special day.

· We can discuss any poems, readings, music, and contributions from loved one’s and  favourite people on the day.

· If you have a pet you would like to be involved, it would be great to meet with them, find out their personality and plan for their comfort on this special day.  P.S. Don’t expect them to behave well all of the time and maybe nominate a special friend or family member to be in charge of them! And don’t forget that most of them like to be centre of stage!!

· I am incredibly happy to join in with a themed wedding and dress code (as long as I have plenty of notice) should I be required to invest in a new outfit!

· I will always share scripts with you to ensure we are both on the same wavelength with regards to delivering the best ceremony on the day.

· Together we can work alongside each other from planning to the ceremony on the day to ensure you have the best memorable time ever!

Celebrants often get booked a year or two in advance so if you think I might be the right person for you then let me know. I can’t wait to meet you both and hear about your love story and journey together.
